Stressworks is a new Galway based company specialising in stress management for business clients. We can provide seminars for your management or staff which will provide practical information and advice for reducing stress. What is Business and Personal Coaching?

Stressworks has been developed by Brian Hession.He is a graduate of University College Galway and Pasadena City College, California. Brian holds a B.A. in Psychology,A Diploma in Personal and Business Coaching, Dip. Stress Management (London).He is a member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development. He holds a black belt in Shotokan Karate and is registered with the Japanese Karate Association.
